A Private Corner of Miami, Open to the Water

As envisioned by AS+GG, LILLI is designed around the distinctive character of its site, a rare position at the water's edge. Its slender footprint along the bay is intimate at the ground level and open to the water on two sides. Rising 636 feet, with only two to three residences per floor, LILLI offers a sense of privacy at every level.

The power of the building’s design is derived from the slenderness of its site, giving it clarity and elegance— a striking singular statement that distinguishes its form.

Shaped by Light

Champagne-toned metal accents punctuate the facade, with their finely fluted surfaces catching and reflecting the shifting light. Soft in the morning and more defined by afternoon, the tower reveals a different character from hour to hour.
